Both. Every machine takes tap or insert card and phone payments (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) as well as coins. There's a change machine on site too. You can also pay with a prepaid KICL Club Card — tap it on any machine.

We're open 5:00am to 10:00pm, 7 days a week, including public holidays. It's self-service any time we're open.

Our Dexter washers range from 9kg up to a massive 36kg — some of the largest on the Gold Coast. Great for doonas, blankets, curtains and weeks' worth of washing in one go.

Absolutely. Our large-capacity machines are ideal for bulky items like doonas, quilts, blankets, curtains and sleeping bags that won't fit in a home machine.

Yes. Our dedicated equine-grade machine handles horse rugs and large rural items — a rare service on the Gold Coast, right here in Nerang.
